BONJORNE WINERY — MINAYA (ALBACETE)

Exceptional wine estate located in Minaya (Albacete), in the area of Boundary markers, within a natural environment typical of La Mancha.

The property features 57 hectares of trellised vineyards, equivalent to 570,000 m², with approximately 126,500 strains distributed among Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Syrah. Average production is around 400,000 kg of grapes per season.

One of the property's greatest assets is its water supply. It has 2 legalized wells, with a total concession of 86,800 m³ per year, intended for vineyard irrigation and industrial use by the winery itself.

The winery is equipped with tanks of stainless steel, The winery has processing facilities and machinery geared towards the complete winemaking process. Its current capacity is approximately... 750,000 liters, with the possibility of extension up to 1,000,000 liters.

Within the complex, a wide barrel room of approximately 730 m², intended for aging and storage, providing significant added value to the wine industry.
